The 49th State seeks out sustainable, Alaskan fare from around the state. In addition to local organic greens, fresh Alaskan seafood, and sustainable pork raised on our brewery’s spent grain, you can try a variety of Alaskan specialty meats such as reindeer, elk, and even yak!
